Department of the Interior, Office of Insular Affairs, Compact Impact Grant of $1,398,000 was granted to the Department of Parks and Recreation for the Hagåtña Parks Revitalization Project. This project will focus in developing the “Heritage Walking Tour” trail. The tour is comprised of 18 historic sites, and places of interest. The main focus of the tour is the Plaza de España.
